Just received the current New Yorker (to add to the pile beside my desk that are currently unread) and love the cover illustration (click to zoom for detail). How true it is...Reminds me of this news story I saw a while back about a Chicago car that received 74 tickets, which seems beyond the limit of sanity. Perhaps this illustration isn't such an exaggeration after all.
